We had a visit from our community police officers. They told us that we must never be afraid of them and that they are there to help us

World Maths Day

The Wizard of Oz - We really enjoyed the performance and the children all did really well in the drama workshop afterwards.

Army Day - We had a brilliant visit from two members of our armed services. We found out about some of the equipment they use and their uniforms. We learned about of how they help people around the World.

We have been thinking about firefighters and the job they do - Mr Osborne made a fire for us to look at!




































Thank you to those who attended our singing concert this morning. The children sang beautifully. Thank you Mr Riddy for teaching us music this year!

Policeman visit

LITTER ASSEMBLY. Today we had an assembly all about keeping the New Forest free from litter. Please make sure that we are keeping our environment clean.

WORLD BOOK DAY! Thank you for all the outfits the children looked amazing. We have had a great day reading and sharing books. All the children have a voucher which can be exchanged for a book, please use it before it expires.

Rescuing Buzz Lightyear!

Poor Buzz has got stuck up a tree and we have been thinking of ways to rescue him. We have been busy drawing plans and making things that might work - ladders, swimming pools for him to jump into, rockets and lassoos are just a few of our ideas. Lots of us added writing to our drawings to explain what we were thinking!

Grandparent's Day

Thank you to the grandparents who came to visit us. We had a great time playing different games.

Fire Service Visit

Chinese New Year

We have been learning about Chinese New Year. Claire's Mummy brought us in some noodles and Chinese cakes which were delicious! The school cook gave us some rice and noodles to try.

Reading for Pleasure Day

Thank you so much to everyone who came to our reading for pleasure day to read with the children. They really do love sharing books with adults! We had a lovely day in school doing lots of activities based around the book 'Stick Man' but it was very busy and I am sure the children must have been tired when they got home!

Testwood Lakes Trip

We had a fantastic day at Testwood Lakes . All the children were brilliant - listening really well to the adults and staying engaged and focused on the tasks. We had a really active, fun time and all of us learnt lots about the animals that live in the woodland and the pond.
