Mental Health

We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.

Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling.

We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We'll listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner.

Open 7 days a week on 023 8017 9049

Our experienced advisors will offer you support and ideas to help you to cope if you:

• are feeling anxious or low and want to talk to someone
• would like practical guidance on how to stay well at home
• want specific support such as benefit or bereavement services, or;
• are caring for someone else and would like support.

    Our help is available to everyone and you do not need to be receiving any other kind of mental health support to be able to call us.

    Our Support Line is not a counselling or therapy service, but our wellbeing experts will be able to listen to you and offer bitesize support, information and signposting.

    Our Support Line is not appropriate if you or a loved one is experiencing a mental health crisis. Please take a look at our urgent help page for information on immediate, 24/7 support.

    Web Chat

    Get free, confidential support over webchat from one of our experienced advisors - We’re here to listen.

    You can start a new webchat by clicking on the blue chat icon on the right of this page, a pop-up box or new browser window will appear. If you have anti-virus software set up on your device you may need to approve the pop-up. We’ll ask you a few equality monitoring questions, and then get you connected with an advisor from the telephone support line.

    The advisor will provide you with the time, support, and tools to help you to move forward.

    This service is provided by a third-party provider called Pubble/Chatify.

    Other Services
