Parent Support Advisor YFM
We are very lucky to be supported by YFM with a Parent Support Advisor
Our Family Workers work one-to-one with a number of individuals and families who are struggling with certain issues including family breakdown, parenting concerns, mental health issues, debt, addiction and illness or disability. Families can be referred to us from Social Services, GPs, schools, local agencies and by themselves.
Our Family Workers provide a listening ear as well as giving information, advice and guidance. Where needed they will accompany them to appointments and meetings and signpost them to more specialised agencies when appropriate.
